Melter Tapper – 6-month Fixed Term (3 Positions Available)

The Melters team is looking for three Melter Tappers to join the team on a 6-monthfixed-term basis. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing operational team and gain experience in a critical production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you will be doing

Working in a hot environment, you will be responsible for supporting the continuity of operations in the production of metal and slag, along with carrying out general housekeeping duties as directed.

You will enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. You will be adaptable, able to work under pressure, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Clear verbal and written communication is essential for success in this role.

This is a shift-based position, with regular hours of 42 hours per week (12-hour / 4-shift rotating pattern). To meet operational requirements, you may be required to work additional hours when needed.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or within Melters is advantageous, but not essential.
