Customer Service Representative

Join our high-performing Customer Service team, where every day is about delivering an outstanding experience for our customers. Each team member manages their own portfolio of customers, building strong relationships and making it easy to do business with us.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the key point of contact for your customers, managing the end-to-end order process from entry through to delivery and resolution. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, customers are kept informed, and any issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and providing exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. 
• Managing the end-to-end order lifecycle, including credits and returns. 
• Proactively monitoring delivery timeframes and providing customers with timely updates. 
• Building strong, long-term relationships with your customer portfolio. 
• Maintaining accurate customer records and order information. 
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver the best possible outcomes. 
• Communicating confidently with customers, always taking a solutions-focused approach. 

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You'll enjoy working in a busy environment, take ownership of your work, and be committed to achieving positive outcomes for your customers

You'll also have:

• At least two years' experience in an administration or customer service role. 
• Proven experience managing customer orders, including order entry, credits and returns. 
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word. 
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills. 
• The ability to prioritise competing tasks and work effectively under pressure. 
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. 
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the confidence to take initiative. 
• Experience within the roofing, building, manufacturing or engineering industries would be advantageous but is not essential.
