Support leaders with day-to-day people matters while helping the team stay organised, consistent, and effective.

About the Role

We’re looking for an HR practitioner with a solid foundation in advisory and employment relations work who enjoys practical, hands-on support and has a strong eye for process, organisation, and follow-through.

This is a varied role where you’ll support leaders with day-to-day people matters, while also helping maintain the tools, templates, reporting, and ways of working that support the wider team.

You’ll play an important part in keeping people matters well tracked, well supported, and easier to manage, while continuing to build your experience and capability across a broad range of HR and ER work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support leaders with practical day-to-day HR and ER advice
• Help coordinate and track ER cases and other people matters so they are well managed and followed through
• Prepare reporting and insights that help the team identify trends and maintain visibility of key issues
• Create and maintain practical templates, guidance, and process documents
• Support consistent and practical ways of working across the team
• Step in and support team priorities during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

• A solid HR foundation, with experience in both employment relations and advisory work
• A practical, organised approach and the ability to bring structure to busy or complex work
• Confidence working with data, reporting, and practical tools
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to bring structure to complexity
• A collaborative style, sound judgement, and willingness to ask questions and keep learning
• A willingness to learn, grow, and take on more complex work over time
