manufactures and markets a range of flat rolled steel products for the
building, construction, manufacturing and agricultural sectors. You may know us for our flagship COLORSTEEL®

Applications are sought for the position of Engineer in the
Rolling Mills.
This Engineer role is Automation and
Control focused and is a specialist key role within the Rolling Mills Manufacturing
unit. The primary accountability is to competently specify, maintain, modify
and support various elements of the units various control systems and elements
of those systems within the Rolling Mills.
It is expected the candidate will be
able to display initiative, drive for results and leadership within their area
of expertise.
The successful applicant will be:
Committed to meeting high quality
standards and safe work practices.
Uncompromising in regards to safety.
Ideally a qualified Electrical or
Process Control / Software Engineer.
A logical systems thinker.
Experienced with PLC control and
communication systems, preferably have exposure to Toshiba control equipment
Experienced with AC/DC Drive Systems.
Experienced in root cause analysis of
equipment breakdowns.
Experienced in Control Systems.
Capable of functioning effectively in
a team environment.
This is a day position, but applicants should be
aware that they will be expected to attend callouts when required.
