SteelServ Oiler Person

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Oiler person to join our team at SteelServ on a permanent basis.

SteelServ provides specialist transport and processing services to meet New Zealand Steel’s requirements and operations.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll report to the SteelServ PME and be responsible for performing specialist lubrication on mobile & fixed equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability, as well as complete basic servicing of mobile equipment.

This is an 8-hour day position, with the possibility of overtime, including weekend work, to support plant shutdowns and call-outs.

You’ll also need:

• A focus on delivering high-quality work efficiently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to troubleshoot and think on your feet
• Forklift licence (desired but not essential)
