Temp SteelServ Administrator
SteelServ provides specialist transport and processing services to support New Zealand Steel’s operations.
SteelServ is seeking an Administrator to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term period and provide essential support during a critical period of system transition and ERP implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing, goods receipt (GR), and administrative tasks that have grown significantly during the system transition.
- Process operations purchasing requests efficiently and accurately.
- Free up Maintenance and Planning resources, enabling them to focus on operational priorities, reliability improvements, and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide continuity and support during the upcoming ERP decision and implementation process.
- Improve workflow efficiency and reduce risks associated with overloading technical staff with administrative duties.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Experience in purchasing and ERP systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
