Temp SteelServ Administrator


SteelServ provides specialist transport and processing services to support New Zealand Steel’s operations.

SteelServ is seeking an Administrator to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term period and provide essential support during a critical period of system transition and ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing, goods receipt (GR), and administrative tasks that have grown significantly during the system transition.
  • Process operations purchasing requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Free up Maintenance and Planning resources, enabling them to focus on operational priorities, reliability improvements, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide continuity and support during the upcoming ERP decision and implementation process.
  • Improve workflow efficiency and reduce risks associated with overloading technical staff with administrative duties.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Experience in purchasing and ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
