This is a varied and rewarding leadership role where you'll work closely with operators, maintenance personnel, and site leadership to drive performance, improve efficiency, and foster a strong safety culture.

Working a 4-shift rotating roster of 12-hour shifts (42 hours per week), you'll enjoy a structured roster that provides regular extended time off while playing a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly.

  • Promote and maintain a positive, safety-first culture
  • Monitor operational performance and respond effectively to changing priorities

About You

You are a people-focused leader with operational experience in a heavy industrial environment. You enjoy leading teams, solving problems, and creating a positive and productive workplace culture.

What you will bring:

  • Experience leading teams within mining, quarrying, manufacturing, processing, utilities, ports, or other heavy industrial environments
  • Strong operational leadership and decision-making capability
  • Experience working with mobile equipment and plant operations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive approach and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A full New Zealand driver's licence
  • A strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental performance

A B Grade Quarry Manager Certificate would be advantageous but is not essential.
